How to solve the problem of heat generation after the chip inductor is saturated?

The induction coil heats up because the coil resistance is very low. After 220V voltage is added, a large current will be generated. If the current is large, it will be very hot. You can try to increase the voltage frequency, the frequency increases, the inductance increases, and the current decreases.

1. The line length is too thin, which will cause the resistance of the inductor to be very large. When the effective value of the current is constant, it is normal for the pole to heat up.

2. The inductance is saturated, and this kind of heating is also common.

3. There is a large oscillating voltage across the inductor.

It is recommended to change the magnetic core to a larger one, which can reduce the number of turns and shorten the line length. For forward conversion, the ripple current is small, and the magnetic loss is small, mainly due to resistance heating. Check the filter capacitor, and the failure of the capacitor will cause the inductor to overheat and change color.

Is the chip inductor bead connected to the back of the rectifier? If there is a filter capacitor at the front end of the inductor, please check whether it is open.

At this moment, the power supply has two same inductances, one in the positive pole and one in the negative pole (not bad). The inductance is directly in front of the controllable field tube without other capacitors, and the two are connected in series with one positive and one negative. The inductance energizes a coil, and a controlled pulse direct current is given by the front-end tube.
