Accuracy Class of Current Transformer

Refer to GB1208 current transformer standard, current transformer accuracy is divided into 0.1 (s), 0.2 (s), 0.5, 1.0, 2.0.

0.1 (S) level: Mainly used for verification, low-precision equipment uses high-precision equipment to verify the accuracy, such as the 0.2S level commonly uses 0.1 level current transformer to verify;

0.2 (S) level: Mainly used for measurement, commonly used in large industrial electricity settlement of electricity charges, the civil error can be slightly lower.

Level 0.5:  It can be used for ordinary measurement or measurement with high accuracy requirements.

Level 1.0 and 2.0: Commonly used for measurement, such as ammeters and watt-hour meters common in industry.
