(1) The raw materials are different. The molding power choke inductor is made of aluminum die-casting by embedding the winding itself into the metal material with magnetic powder. The surface package feet are the leads of the winding itself and immediately formed on the surface of the base. . The general power inductor is to wind the copper core wire on the transformer frame, and then apply the sealant;
(2) The actual shielding effect is different, and the molding power choke inductor has a stronger shielding effect;
(3) The current size is different, the current of the molding power choke inductor is larger;
(4) The cost of molding power choke inductors is lower than that of general power inductors, because the material and processing technology decisions are higher than general power inductors;
(5) The production process is different. The molding power choke inductor is formed by introducing the base and winding into the stamping die after magnetic particle inspection.The general power inductor is wound with a sealant.
