Rogowski coil, also known as current measuring coil and differential current sensor, is a circular coil wound evenly on non-ferromagnetic materials. The output signal is the differential of current to time. By integrating the output voltage signal, the input current can be restored. 2. Structural description: no ferromagnetic material, no hysteresis effect, almost zero phase error; no magnetic saturation image, so the measurement range can be from several amperes to hundreds of kiloamperes of current; simple structure, and no direct circuit connection between the measured current; response frequency bandwidth 0.1Hz-1MHz. Compared with the traditional transformer with iron core, Rockwell coil has wide measurement range, high accuracy, stability and reliability, wide response frequency bandwidth, measurements and relay protection functions, small size, light weight, safety and environmental protection requirements. Rockwell coil has the characteristics of real-time current measurement, fast response, no saturation and almost no phase error, so it can be used in relay protection, thyristor rectifier, frequency conversion speed regulation, resistance welding and other serious signal distortion occasions.
Characteristic:
.Suitable for current measurement from milliampere to megaampere
.Good linearity
.Wide Bandwidth Range
.No danger of secondary opening
.Strong overcurrent capability
.Low Power Consumption
.Irregular conductors can be measured.
.Easy to install without destroying conductors
.Light weight
