Magnetic materials: mn-zn ferrite core, ni-zn ferrite, NdFeb, aluminum Fe-B, Fe-Si, Fe-Si... Application of ferrosilicon aluminum, ferrosilicon, manganese, zinc, nickel, magnesium, iron, graphite and other magnetic materials molding. Iron silicon, iron silicon aluminum, iron nickel.
Magnetic materials can be divided into two categories: permanent magnet and soft magnetic. Permanent magnet materials, also known as hard magnetic materials, such materials can retain their remanence for a long time, have a high coercive force, and can withstand not too strong magnetic field interference. Soft magnetic materials correspond to it, with low coercivity and high permeability, which are easy to be magnetized and demagnetized by external magnetic field. Its main function is the conversion and transmission of magnetic and electromagnetic energy, which is widely used in electric energy conversion equipment, and is an important material in the era of electronic power. Soft magnetic materials can be divided into metal soft magnetic, ferrite soft magnetic, amorphous and nanocrystalline three categories. Metal soft magnetic widely used, the world's annual output of more than one million tons, can continue to be subdivided into pure iron, silicon steel, permalloy, metal soft magnetic core and other categories, of which metal soft magnetic core performance is the most excellent, widely used in photovoltaic, energy storage, new energy vehicles and other plates.
Metal soft magnetic powder core is a soft magnetic material made of magnetic powder coated by insulating medium. It is the soft magnetic material with the best comprehensive properties in the field of soft magnetic materials. The magnetic properties of the soft magnetic core, combined with the advantages of metal soft magnetic materials and soft magnetic ferrite, because its powder is made of ferromagnetic particles, the saturation magnetic induction strength is high, and because of the existence of an insulating layer, its resistivity is also high. In terms of molding process, it has strong plasticity compared with amorphous soft magnetic maturity. Soft magnetic powder core can meet the needs of high frequency (KHz~MHz) use and volume miniaturization at the same time, and can be processed into rings, E, U, etc., to meet different applications.

Metal soft magnetic powder core can be divided into iron powder core, carbonyl iron powder core, iron silicon aluminum magnetic powder core, iron silicon magnetic powder core, high flux magnetic powder core, iron nickel molybdenum magnetic powder core.
Iron powder core: pure iron powder as raw material, coated by surface insulation and mixed with organic adhesive pressing. It is widely used in energy storage inductors, dimming choke, EMI noise filters, DC output/input filters, etc.
Carbonyl iron core: made of ultra-fine pure iron powder, with excellent magnetic bias characteristics and good high-frequency adaptability. Its DC bias characteristics are much better than other magnetic powder cores, and it is an ideal material for manufacturing high frequency switching circuit output chokes, resonant inductors and high frequency tuned magnetic cores.
Ferrosilica-aluminum magnetic powder core: a soft magnetic composite material produced by 85%Fe, 9%Si, 6%Al alloy powder, suitable for power factor correction circuits (PFC inductors), pulse sweep transformers and energy storage filter inductors.
Ferrosilicon magnetic powder core: developed relatively late, made of 94%Fe and 6%Si alloy powder, suitable for large current choke, high energy storage power inductors, PFC inductors, etc., is widely used in solar energy, wind energy, hybrid electric vehicles and other new energy fields.
High flux magnetic core: The highest flux density magnetic core, with excellent DC bias characteristics, low loss and high energy storage characteristics. High flux magnetic core is ideal for high power, high DC bias applications, such as dimming inductors, flyback transformers, in-line noise filters, pulse transformers and power cycle correction inductors.
Iron nickel molybdenum magnetic core: A powder core material made of 17% Fe, 81% Ni and 2% Mo alloy powder, also known as molybdenum Permalloy magnetic core, with high permeability, high resistivity, low hysteresis and low eddy current loss characteristics. In the field of magnetic powder core, the loss of iron nickel molybdenum magnetic powder core is the lowest, but also has the best temperature stability. Suitable for backsweep transformers, high Q filters, boost and buck inductors, power factor correction inductors (PFC inductors), filters, etc.
