How to calculate the inductance of I-shaped inductor core?

I-shaped inductance core is composed of coils, cores and other materials. In use, the calculation of inductance is a very important problem. How should we calculate the inductance of I-inductor cores? 
The inductance of I-shaped inductor core can also be called self-inductance coefficient, which is a physical quantity to express the self-inductance ability of the inductor. Especially when the flux of a coil changes, there will be potential in the coil, which is the phenomenon of electromagnetic induction. 
The calculation formula of coil in I-shaped inductor core: 
Impedance (ohm) = 2 * 3.14159 * F (working frequency) * inductance (mH), setting requires 360 ohm impedance, therefore 
Inductance (mH) = impedance (ohm) (2*3.14159)F (working frequency) = 360(2*3.14159)7.06 = 8.116 mH. 
So we can calculate the number of winding coils according to the data obtained, that is: 
Number of cycles = inductance * {(18 * circle diameter (inch)+ (40 * circle length (inch)}] circle diameter (inch). 
The number of cycles = [8.116 * {(18 * 2.047) + (40 * 3.74)}]2.047 = 19 cycles. 
The formula for calculating the hollow inductance in the core is L(mH)=(0.08D.D.N.N)/(3D+9W+10H). 
Among them: 
D stands for coil diameter, N stands for coil turns, D stands for line diameter, H stands for coil height, W stands for coil width in millimeters and mH, respectively. 
Therefore, the formula for calculating inductance of air-core coil is: l= (0.01*D*N*N)/(L/D+0.44).
