High-frequency inductors are mainly used in RF circuits of mobile phones, wireless routers, etc., and are used from 100MHz to 6GHz.

High-frequency inductors have the following main functions in RF circuits:

Matching: Together with the capacitors to form a matching network, eliminating impedance mismatch between the device and the transmission line, reducing reflection and loss;

Filter: Forms an LC filter together with the capacitor to filter out unwanted frequency components to prevent interference with the device;

Choke: Isolating RF signals from DC bias and DC power supplies in active RF circuits such as PAs;

Resonance: together with the capacitor constitutes an LC oscillating circuit as an oscillation source of the VCO;

Balun: Balanced unbalanced conversion, which together with the capacitor forms an LC balun to convert between a single-ended RF signal and a differential signal.
