Working Principle

The high frequency transformer is the most important part of the switching power supply. Switching power supply generally adopts half bridge power conversion circuit, when the two switch transistor turns conduction to generate 100kHz high frequency pulse wave, and then through the high frequency transformer step-down output low voltage alternating current, high frequency transformer turns ratio of each winding is decided by the number of output voltage.

Application :

High frequency transformer is beyond the working frequency of intermediate frequency (10kHz power transformer, mainly used for high frequency switching power transformer, high frequency switching power supply,high frequency inverter transformer and high frequency inverter. According to the working frequency can be divided into several classes: 10kHz-50kHz 50kHz-100kHz 100kHz 500kHz 500kHz 1MHz 1MHz. Transmission power relatively large working frequency is relatively low transmission power relatively small working frequency is higher.
