Causes of abnormal noise in switching power supply transformer
(1) The process of transformer
① The impregnating paint is not in place, resulting in the mechanical vibration caused by the weak burning core and the noise:
②The length of the air gap is not suitable, resulting in a noise when the working state is unstable:
③ The wire is not tightly wound, which causes a noise;
① There is an air gap in the magnetic core combination, which causes air vibration at high frequencies and generates noise
(2) The loop problem of the transformer
The transformer loop problem means that the transformer loop vibrates and then causes the transformer to sound.
① The circuit board is not properly arranged, resulting in a loud noise.
②The feedback loop parameters are not set properly, resulting in unstable loops and vibrations and noise.
(3) The magnetic core of the transformer
When the magnetic core of the transformer is saturated, the current in the coil increases, the transformer heats up and vibrates, and a noise occurs.
