The causes of abnormal temperature rise are:
1. The short circuit between the local layers or the turns of the transformer windings, the internal contacts are loose, the contact resistance is increased, and the short circuit on the secondary line is the same;
2. Partial short circuit of the transformer core and damage to the core screw for clamping the core;
3. Long-term overload operation or accident overload;
4. Deterioration of heat dissipation conditions.
Dry transformer sound exception handling method:
The transformer sound is divided into normal sound and abnormal sound. The normal sound is the “beep” sound emitted by the transformer. It varies with the size of the load. When the transformer has an abnormal sound, first analyze whether the sound is inside or outside the transformer.
If it is internal, the possible parts are:
1. If the core is not tightly clamped, it will emit “jingle” and “whistling” sounds;
2. If the iron core is not grounded, it will emit a slight discharge sound of “peeling” and “peeling”;
3. If the switch is in poor contact, a “吱吱” and “噼啪” sound will occur, and it will become larger as the load increases;
4. When the oil on the surface of the casing is severe, it will make a “click” sound.
