- Core & Bobbin: It adopts an EE/EEL-type ferrite core with a vertical through-hole pin bobbin design. As shown in the image, the black insulating bobbin and straight through-hole pins can be directly soldered onto a PCB, ensuring easy installation and high stability.
- Windings & Insulation: The yellow section represents the windings wrapped in insulating tape, typically made of enameled copper wire or Litz wire. The tape and bobbin provide electrical isolation between primary and secondary windings to meet safety compliance requirements.

- High-Frequency Compatibility: Designed specifically for switch-mode power supplies, it typically operates at frequencies ranging from 20kHz to 500kHz. Compared to traditional line-frequency transformers, it features a much smaller size and significantly higher power density.
